The other downstairs bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs is a loft that sleeps up to three people on a twin with trundle and full sofa bed. There is also a TV in the loft for the kids to enjoy. The spacious upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, another new TV, and an updated full bathroom. The home's location is great for enjoying all the west shore adventures like exploring Sugar Pine Point Park, back country access to McKinney Rubicon, walk to Lake Tahoe at Chambers public beach, and you are five minutes from Homewood Ski Area (free ski shuttle available). The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac and is perfect for families. The maximum occupancy of this home includes a limit of 8 adults ages 16 and older, per Placer County regulations. There will be a $100 pet fee plus tax for 1 dog upon approval. PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation. Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied. If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property. If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
