Welcome to our Luxury Villa in the Santa Cruz mountains, a paradise where you can relax and make unforgettable memories. Our villa boasts a spacious patio where you can enjoy your meals surrounded by enchanting gardens. Unwind in our pool, relax in the hot tub, or challenge your friends to a game of pool on professional sized pool table, in our brand-new recreation room. The room features a beautiful handmade walnut bar, complete with a commercial ice maker, sink, and fridge. We offer five bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and private bath, two rooms with queen beds, one room with a triple bunk bed, and a room with a fold-out couch. In total, we have 2.5 bathrooms. Our outdoor patio features a large 10-person table, a small 4-person table, outdoor couches, and heaters. We offer both a gas and charcoal BBQ, sun umbrellas, a propane fire pit, outdoor heat lamps, a hot tub, and a solar heated pool (with propane coming soon). Inside, you'll find two living rooms with 55” TVs, a modern gourmet kitchen, and a separate dining room, as well as our new recreation with professional sized pool table, bar (can be stocked) and couches. Every bedroom also has its own tv, (except the kid's room) Guests have access to the entire house, excluding the garage. However, we can open the garage for laundry and ironing upon request. Someone is available to offer help throughout your stay Our villa is conveniently located just 8 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from hiking trails, and 12 minutes from UCSC and Santa Cruz's west side. Perfect location for exploring the Hwy 1 coastline, from Wilder Ranch to Año Nuevo state park. We provide a variety of games, including cornhole, pool toys, a horseshoe pit, and giant Connect Four, as well as dozens of board and card games. Just added an outdoor ping pong table (not available during winter). Our villa is equipped with new furniture and fresh paint and has been newly remodeled. We have two internet providers, Comcast and Starlink, to ensure you're always connected. Please note that there is no cell tower reception in the area. Pool floaties may be available upon request. Back up generator (if power goes out) Our kitchen is stocked with oils and condiments for your convenience, basic essentials, some teas and coffee pods. Pets: All pets must be listed on your reservation, there is a charge for pets. Pool is heated from June to mid September. We aim to heat it to 70-74 degrees. It can be possible to heat it warmer and out of season for an additional charge (cost of propane) (this must be requested at least 5 days ahead of time). Please no unregistered guests or visitors: Any additional unapproved guest(s) or visitor(s) can result in termination of booking without refund. Additional guests and visitors may be welcome with prior notification. When approved, Day guests are $50 per person for each guest over the 10 total allowed in your reservation. Additional overnight guests are $80 per person per night. ADDITIONAL VEHICLES, (vehicles over 4) must be approved by host. There is a charge for additional vehicles over 4 (can sometimes be deducted from additional guest charge) ($50) Sorry no vehicles can be parked on the road leading to the driveway. Laundry facilities are shared with the business. Please request to use them as there may be a short wait. Please note that we have surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety and security. We also have a smart home device that monitors decibel levels and the number of mobile devices on site, but rest assured, it does not record audio or video.
