The space The Pine Beach Cabin is clean and comfortable --perfect for relaxing. A Roku tv is in the main room as well as the queen bedroom so you can connect to your streaming channels. Wireless internet is available throughout. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The bed has a memory foam mattress topper --super comfy! This room features a roku tv so you can connect to your streaming channels. A big closet & a dresser offer plenty of space. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a closet and a private 1/2 bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, perfect for a 'kids room' or an overflow of adults. There is a roku television in this room. The main room has a great vintage wood burning fireplace, so cozy. There are 2 couches, one that turns into a comfortable queen-size sleeper. Roku tv so you can connect to your streaming channels. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, serving ware, etc… The dining area has seating for 8. The outdoor patio has table & chairs and lake & mountain views. It's great for outdoor dining or just sitting back and enjoying the view. From the patio, you can walk up the hill to enjoy the view. In the warmer months there are a few Adirondack chairs up there and it's a wonderful place to enjoy the views and have an evening glass of wine or morning cup of coffee. ****PLEASE NOTE: There is a path up the hill. The path has been leveled off in areas, but no "real" stairs or railing. I've been up there many, many times, and guests enjoy it often! I did have a complaint from an older couple regarding their disappointment that they couldn't access that area, so in full transparency, as I've never tried to hide any information, I am adjusting my description, if you want to access this area, there may be limitations as far as age and agility.***** ***PLEASE NOTE: We do not list a BBQ Grill in the amenities. It's proven to be too difficult to keep clean and maintain. However there is a grill and you are welcome to use it!!! If you plan on grilling during your stay, please check the propane tank. If it needs to be filled, please exchange it at the hardware store in town and send me a picture of the receipt and leave the original for the cleaner. I will reimburse you. Please leave the grill clean and ready for the next guest.*** There's an assortment of movies, games, children's toys and books to enjoy. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Detergent is provided. ***PLEASE NOTE: From approximately October - April, the washing machine is disconnected. We've had problems with the drain line freezing and found it best to disconnect it during the winter. There is a laundromat in town.*** ***PLEASE NOTE: From approximately October - April, the water to the outdoor hose is shut off, so there are NO OUTDOOR FIRES allowed. The fire pit is for summer months only.*** ***PLEASE NOTE: 4-wheel drive is recommended in the winter. The driveway gets plowed when we accumulate 6" of snow, however that amount can be higher, depending on the forecast of the storm. You may be asked to move your vehicles from the driveway while it gets plowed. When conditions are snowy, you will need to shovel the steps and porch to access the front door.
