Hot Tub and Patio Theater Room Kitchen Fire Pit BBQ Views This suite is a destination in and of itself. It is located in the beautiful mountain valley of Heber City and is surrounded by open fields on two sides. Relax in the private hot tub, unwind in the theater room, or enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Conveniently located 20 minutes from Park City and Sundance. Enjoy nearby ski resorts, lakes, golf courses, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, fishing, and more. The suite includes a private entrance and a locked door separating it from the rest of the house. It has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a writing desk. Additionally, there is a sofa bed located in the theatre room. A travel crib is available upon request. The bathroom has a rainfall shower and jets. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer for your use. A fully stocked kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas stove top, and a convection oven/microwave (two appliances in one). A drip-style coffee maker, coffee, and tea are provided. The suite includes a complete theater room with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and a generous library of movies. It is well insulated from sound so you can watch a movie late into the night. Enjoy soaking in a large hot tub on your private patio or having a quiet breakfast at the outdoor table. Enjoy a private BBQ and an outdoor fire pit (stocked with wood). The property is very kid-friendly and includes a play set. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. *We have 3 young children, and as this is a basement suite, you can expect to hear noise from them. If noise is an issue, then this may not be the best option for you. While staying in the basement suite, you will have a private patio and full access to the private hot tub. Enjoy an evening in the warmth of our outdoor fire pit (we will supply the wood and roasting sticks). If I am around, I am happy to get a fire going for you. There is a private BBQ. We are located on 3 acres at the edge of a quiet neighborhood on the end of a culdesac. Homes are generously spaced on 1 acre lots and we are surrounded by fields on two sides. There is nothing more peaceful than sitting outside in the morning or evening and taking in the view of the sunrise or sunset and the sounds of nature that surround you. Within a 10 minute drive there are 3 grocery stores, numerous restaurants, a rec center and a pool. There are tons of hiking/biking trails in the valley. We recommend downloading the all trails app to view the many options. This suite is very conveniently located. It is far enough away from the main city to enjoy the rural quiet feel yet close enough to be very convenient to many of the attractions in the area. We recommend renting a car.
