Welcome to your next home away from home. Here you will find a quiet place with all kinds of amenities to offer you a unique getaway. This isn't just a place to sleep. We have created a home in the quiet Eucalyptus development where you can live an experience that connects you with nature, the sea and the Ebro Delta. Taking a boat ride, a bike tour, birdwatching or discovering its rich cuisine are just some of the activities you can do. The space This is a fully equipped two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Ebro Delta; in the Eucalyptus development. Upon entering, there is a living-dining room and a kitchenette. It has a double room with a ceiling fan and another room with up to 3 beds. There is also a sofa bed so up to 7 people can sleep. As for the outdoors, the community area consisting of a garden, swimming pool and children's area stands out. Our intention is that you do not miss anything, so you will find: * A fully equipped kitchen. In addition to dishes, glasses, cutlery and cleaning utensils, it has a toaster, coffee maker and hand blender among other things. * Towels and bedding. * Free Wi-Fi. * Smart TV. * Hair Dryer. * Crib/park and travel high chair available for baby. * Information about the area. * Magazines, books, CDs and DVDs. * A small first aid kit that we hope you won't have to use. Guest access The apartment block has a common area closed to the public road, with a children's area with artificial grass, a large garden area and a concrete area for sunbathing after taking a dip in the large pool. Nearby, we find: - The beach is 100 meters away. - A public park with children's games, goals and baskets 100 meters away. - Supermarket 500 meters away. - Bike rental 500 meters away. Other things to note Check-in and check-out times are flexible. We usually adapt to needs by allowing early check-in and/or late check-out at no extra cost.
