The space My home is fully equipped with modern conveniences to ensure your comfort and enjoyment including a kitchen outfitted for cooking, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, TV with cable, Netflix, Prime Video, and free WIFI. The primary bedroom looks out on the beautiful deck and includes a king size bed and full private bath. The second bedroom also has a king size bed with a desk for working remotely and is adjacent to a full hallway bathroom. The double sofa bed is located in the den, so guests can have their own space at one end of the house while the remainder of the guests still have use of the living room as a common space. The kitchen, dining room and den are connected which makes for a great opportunity to visit over meals, have a movie night or enjoy board games. The spacious deck is fully equipped with multiple seating areas to share a bottle of local wine with your friends and family, enjoy a BBQ meal cooked on the gas grill, or simply kick your feet up in the hammock with a great book. We provide low back chairs to borrow for local area concerts at Ironstone Amphitheater, music on the lawn at The Watering Hole, Twisted Oak Winery, Brice Station Vineyards, and Murphys' Community Park events. We also have a couple of sleds to borrow for winter fun. If you have any questions about the property or the area, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I believe you will fall in love with Murphys just as I did on my first visit over 10 years ago. Guest access The guest will have full access to the house, garden, and large back deck. Guests do not have access to the garage. Other things to note We ask all guests to sign a short term rental agreement to finalize the reservation. The access code to the house will not be provided to guests until this agreement has been returned. For security purposes, we have a Ring doorbell and cameras over the garage doors that record those entering the home. There are no devices inside of the home. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book this vacation rental. Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. The cleaning team cleans and sanitizes our home according to Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol. To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of toilet paper, facial tissue, and paper towels, but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies. For any trip, think about signing up for travel insurance. Airbnb now offers travel insurance for guests. Travel insurance is a relatively affordable option that can protect you in case of an injury or emergency or last minute cancellation on a trip. Some policies even cover lost baggage and travel delays. Check with Airbnb or your local insurance provider for details on your options. Please note that we do not allow early check in or late check out.
