Potidaia Panorama Villa

Our villa is for families only(max 4 adults+max 4 children).It is 100 sq meters with panoramic view at the sea & has about 500sq meters of private garden. The 10m long swimming pool belongs to all 8 houses(Monday-Friday open, 9:00-21:30). About 200m away(~150 steps) from the house there is an unknown to public and quiet beach (no pics). It is not perfect, but you will have practikally a private beach on your own.The property is placed at the left side of the road, not in front of the cliff/coast The space Our villa is for families only. Is 100 sq meters (2 levels) with panoramic view at the sea & has about 500sq.m. of private garden. RESPECT: The house belongs to a block of 8 indepedent holiday houses in a total area of 6000 sq.m. of grass and trees. All people in the 8 holidays houses need privacy and quietness to enjoy their holiday. The 10m long swimming pool belongs to all 8 houses (Monday-Friday open, every house has rights in the pool for 3 hours/day-1,5h at the morning and 1,5h at the evening). RESPECT to neighbors and avoidance of noises are required. Any ON PURPOSE disrespect of neightbors (REPEATEDLY noisy or on purpose longer use of pool than approved, showing disrespect to others etc) are issues than are included in the warranty and (if no other solution found) will be charged (there is DEFINITELY NO CASE of additional charging when there is good contact and understanding) . Only families and people with respect are welcome. This a private property, a villa, not a hotel. Up to 4 adults and 4 children can stay comfortably. There are 2 big bedrooms (double bed each) in the upper floor. There is one bedroom downstairs, that is fully separated with plastic walls/door from the living room. The house is full airconditioned. We are willing to serve special expectations, as we are informed in time. The house is equipped with everything you may need: refrigerator, oven, cooking staff, espresso and chocolate machine, washing machine for clothes and for plates, ironing, hair dryer, 3 TVs, barbeque, The property is placed at the left side of the road, not in front of the cliff/coas. Slow elecric car charging (4kw) is available, if asked on time (type2 charger). Guest access Free parking.
