Agar Street is only a 2 minute walk to the Minster, shops, bars, restaurants & major attractions. If you are looking for a city central location with an outside courtyard, look no further. Although the rates are shown as non-refundable refunds WILL be given if cancellations are necessary due to UK Government restrictions The space The house offers one double and one twin bedded room upstairs (it's an old house, the stairs are steep!) with the family sized bathroom downstairs which is complete with bath and overhead shower. A fully equipped kitchen including a breakfast table & stools, washer dryer, fridge, microwave & coffee machine. A cosy lounge with a cute coal effect electric fire, an HD Smart, Freeview tv and free WIFI. Outside to the rear is a paved, private courtyard with seating. You are able to park outside to the front briefly to load/unload. There is a nearby pay & display car park within a 2 minute walk. The charges for Monkbar car park are £12 per 24 hours. The nearby Black Horse Pub offers parking at £5 per 12hrs. Arriving by train, perfect! A brisk 15 minute walk from the station or 7 minutes (£10) in a taxi. Once you are here you don't need transport to explore the abundance of history that this fantastic city has to offer you, it's all accessible by foot. Ideally located in a small cul-de-sac, this cute house offers the self catering visitor home from home facilities. Towels and bed linen are provided along with tea towel, washing up liquid etc. Really, you only need to bring your personal belongings, we have thought of everything else! Upon arrival your home will be stocked with the essentials (tea/coffee & fresh milk) Guest access You can access everything privately as the house is for your exclusive use. Other things to note Whilst we welcomes families, there are no stair gates and the stairs are very steep so children must be supervised. We don't want to say 'no' to same sex groups, after all a weekend away with friends is often just what we all need. What is asked of you is to simply enjoy but respect the house and the neighbourhood.
