The space The family owned and managed residence is unique, with the owners always around, there is real nice and personal touch to it. Guest access You can get a taxi from the airport to the apartment of which costs 1000THB/30$/25EUR and takes around 55 minutes. During your stay If you need any informations or directions, recommendations about bars/restaurant arround, our staff will be more than happy to help you. We also have a tour desk with some local tours, pick up in front of hotel in the morning and drop off at the end of the trip is included in the price. We also have a small bar/restaurant with a few breakfast and lunch menus, not overpriced like many other hotels. Beverages, some hot drinks, coctails and a room service are also available. Other things to note Please understand, we offer special discount for stays more than 28 days, but this rates does not include electricity (8thb per unit) and should be paid separately by renter. For monthly rentals, cleaning is included once a week. For monthly rentals, there is a damage deposit to be paid upon check in in cash, 5000thb. Its fully refundable upon check out. We have parking for motorbikes only, parking for car is possible at the street next to hotel (public, reservation is not possible).
