The mountain communities have spectacular night sky views as well, and we request that lighting, noise and leash laws be respected for neighbors. The driveway is maintained by a 3rd party when there is 4" or more of snowfall. Snow removal is the responsibility of the guest on the back patio. The garage is unavailable to guests as it is used as a owners storage area. -We require all guests to complete a short pre-arrival form, which includes signing our rental agreement and providing basic contact details.
