Enjoy summer lake fun or Clemson games in the fall on beautiful Lake Hartwell in Upstate SC. Boat, fish, canoe, swim, grill, enjoy campfires under the stars, or just relax at the lake with family and friends. Complete interior and exterior remodel summer of 2025. Located in Anderson, SC, on a beautiful cove that opens to big sailing water. Very close to the River Forks launch and near Portman Marina. Rustic cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a large wrap-around deck with lake views, fire pit, hammock swing, and covered dock. Guests have use of a canoe and four kayaks and can also rent boats and personal watercraft at nearby marinas. Semi-circle driveway can accommodate boat trailers, and guests can tie their boats up on the side of our private dock. When not on the water, you can enjoy antique shops and dining in Anderson or nearby Pendleton, SC, as well as Hartwell, GA. In the Fall, guests will find the location convenient to the Clemson University football stadium by car (30 minutes) or boat (30-40 minutes).
