River/Mountain Getaway-Private, Large,In-Law Suite

Built in 2016, after our original home was destroyed in the Jamestown flood 2013, this basement apt. was created to provide housing for aging parents, friends and guests below our primary home. Wonderful, large 800 sq ft, open floor plan apt. However, the acre lot landscaping is still being reconstructed. Pets are allowed. We charge $15/day per pet. Also note, there is no fence on our property. There is a large open space park 300’ away as well as access to USFS 1/4 mile from your door. The space Newly constructed, 800 sq ft open floor plan basement apt on James Creek. In winter, enjoy the radiant heat floors throughout apt. Minimalist decor, outdoor active space. Guest access Hopefully guests will explore the wonderful mountain community of Jamestown. 300' from house is a large park with tennis court, basketball court, playground, volleyball sand court, labyrinth. USFS- trails surround the town. 1000' (center of town) is a smaller park with horseshoe pit across the street from "The Merc". Both parks have a bandshell! Go fishing on the creek. Use the pool table/ping pong table, firepit (no bonfires), trampoline on the property! Other things to note We are communicators.
