In a small and quite building,without an elevator,there is a cozy,full renovated attic,at the 3rd floor.The attic consists of 2 rooms(30sm) &has enclosed terrace. To enter the main room,you have to go through a small door that reminds of entering Hobbit's house.The height of the door is 1.30m. For someone who can't bend down,maybe they should reconsider staying in our house.Neighborhood is very vivid,at the foothills of Patras' Roman Castle,a 5 minute walk from city center,port,bus station,etc. The space We care a lot about cleanliness. We use only biological factors and organic products, trying to keep our space clean and free of any allergens. Other things to note The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator.
