Lovingly designed and equipped. Starting point for wonderful explorations through our beautiful Lake Constance region. On foot or by bike, in less than two minutes you are in the countryside from us...there are so many beautiful possibilities. The space The SEEherz is a place for those who like it real and warm! Our equipment: Our apartment is tastefully decorated. I love the little things that make the difference! We offer our guests the following inclusive services in the apartment: Living & dining room: Beautiful sofa in turquoise, which can also be pulled out to the sofa bed for additional guests (1.40 x 1.95 m) on request. Cuddly blanket that is always freshly washed for my guests. If it gets chilly in the evening or to snuggle up on the sofa! 43-inch flat screen Bluetooth Speakers Internet (W-Lan) A beautiful large oak dining table with comfortable chairs invites you for social hours. Kitchen: Beautiful porcelain dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses and beer glasses, pots and pans Stove (ceramic with 4 burner) Oven Filter coffee machine with a few coffee filters (size 1x4) for your first coffee on vacation Dishwasher with ample dishwashing tablets Fridge with small freezer Toaster Ketler Kitchen towels and a paper towel roll, dishcloths and dish soap Also in our kitchen is: pepper & salt and sugar Vacuum cleaner Bedroom: The special thing in our bedroom is pine wood bedside tables for exceptional well-being! Pine wood stands for a healthy lifestyle. It reduces weather sensitivity, harmonizes and stabilizes the cycle, and makes us feel refreshed and rested. Spacious wardrobe We also have a mosquito screen in the bedroom, for a quiet night! A children's travel bed can be provided upon request. Please see the children's prices below. Our bedroom is a separate room and is separated by a door to the rest of the apartment. Bath: Beautiful fluffy shower and hand towels are of course included Hairdryer and vanity mirror If a favorite part gets dirty... there is a new washing machine in the bathroom, which you are welcome to use (for a small fee) here there is a small clothes rack in the apartment. Patio: Beautiful garden table with enough space to "dine" outside with comfortable backrest chairs. Also a parasol, if the sun is "burning" too much. There is also a comfortable sun lounger for relaxing hours in the garden. Around the terrace is a private enclosed garden belonging to the apartment for enough free vacation feel-good moments! Our apartment is decorated in beautiful bright tones. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. Living space approx. 45 sqm (all on one level on the ground floor) Arriving & parking: On the day of arrival, please come to your holiday address "Am Mittelseemoos 16" in 88142 Wasserburg There is a private parking space right in front of the apartment. For bicycles: You can park your bikes in the lockable storage room in front of the house. E-bikes can also be loaded in the storage room. We, the Beck family live in the house, so you will meet me (Claudia) directly at our home:-) Check-in on the day of arrival: From 3 pm (or by arrangement) It would be nice if we would briefly hear by phone or by message on the day of arrival or the day before when you would like to arrive so that I can schedule you to receive them warmly! Other things to note On Saturdays you can save the short walk to the baker in the village, because then the baker's cart comes between 8.15 and 9 o'clock directly to us around the corner.
