This penthouse condo is on the top floor of the 4 story building. Very quiet and relaxing. Guest access Guest will have access to fully equipped kitchen, eating area and breakfast counter. Both bathrooms have jet tub. Washer and dryer on site. There is also a study area with a couch, tables and chairs. During your stay There are guests staying in other rooms and they love to exchange experiences with each other. Some of them are long term tenants. I respond to requests immediately or have a co-host that are available when I am not around. Other things to note This is a 4-story building and the unit in on the top floor.
