Welcome to the Comfort Apartment, located on the second (attic) floor of the MartinSki mountain cottage, which is situated in the heart of the popular ski resort Winter Park Martinky - Martinské Hole in the Žilina region, near the town of Martin. The cottage is about 150 meters from the ski slope. All year round we offer accommodation in the Comfort line apartment for 8 people. The space The 76m2 space provides you with: - Retro room for 4 people - Luxury room for 4 people - a shared spacious bathroom with toilet and two sinks - another separate toilet - fully equipped kitchen with living room - fireplace and TV in the living room - the entire apartment can be closed and locked for maximum privacy - Spacious game room with an area of another 24m2 (Ping pong, darts, table football, archery, small climbing wall, rungs, ropes, ladders, trampoline, swing, boxing set) - outdoor seating with a goulash kettle, grill and fireplace - children's playground Skiers and cyclists can store their equipment in the storage room, you can also use ski boot dryers, washing machine, iron and two children's high chairs. For a pleasant shortening of moments and fun, we have prepared table tennis, table football and darts, children will play with toys. You can relax in the outdoor barrel sauna. There is a built-in dispensing device for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We have arranged free WiFi throughout the property. You can safely park your vehicles in our guarded parking lot. The strategic position of the accommodation is the biggest attraction of our guests! In the summer months, you will experience pleasant wanderings around the area, try the nearby Ferrata HZS - Martinské hole, go to Minčol, swim at the Vrútky Swimming Pool or Sunny Martin. The view from the Lookout Tower on the Tank Road will also impress you, as well as the Kunerad Castle or Strečno Castle. Skiing enthusiasts will have a great time at the Martinské Hole Ski Resort, Piatrová and Snowland Valčianska dolina. Guest access Guests can access: - private parts of the cottage: 2x room, bathroom, 2x toilet, living room with kitchen - common parts of the cottage: ski room, corridors, staircase, game room, wellness The common parts of the cottage are shared only with the Exclusive Apartment (by agreement we can create absolute privacy) During your stay The responsible person is about 15 km from the cottage, which is about 25 minutes away. Other things to note Important notice! Valid only during the winter season, i.e. from 01.11 to 31.03 Time schedule of traffic restrictions on the road to Martinské hole: - you can only go up from 06:00 to 12:00 and from 19:00 to 24:00. - you can only go down from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and from 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM. Snow chains are required for all vehicles during the winter season. During the off-season from 01.04 to 31.10, the road is two-way without restrictions.
