4 bedroom, 4.5 bath new townhome located near Ole Miss and historic downtown Oxford. There are two living spaces (one upstairs and one downstairs) both with large TVs and surround sound. The beautiful kitchen leads out to the patio with an outdoor fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one down. Each bedroom has their own bathroom with an additional half bath downstairs. We have a neighborhood pool with a seasonal pass offered to our guests.
