- Modern renovated duplex apartment located 50 meters from the beach. - Equipped with all modern comforts. - Fully equipped kitchen. - 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. - In the winter you can enjoy the fireplace and in the summer you can enjoy an aperitif on the sun terrace. - The linen from "De Witte Lietaer" as well as shampoo, soap and toilet paper are foreseen for every reservation. The space This is a perfect accommodation for 4 in a great location in Heist (Knokke-Heist), easily walkable to the centre of the town, restaurants, cafes and local shops. There is parking in the street, but it's not free. Additionally, you can reserve a parking spot in advance via SparkSpot. This platform offers available parking spaces in the area and is often cheaper than street or public parking options. The kitchen is very well equipped and the apartment has everything you might need. There are 2 bathrooms (1 for each room). There's an efficient check-in/check-out process. Free fast WiFi is available and we also have a Smart TV with digital TV with basic channels and Netflix (we provide an account) for entertainment. The accommodation is located on 2 different floors as it is a duplex. The apartment also comes with the following:

Other things to note These are some of the measures we have taken to provide you with a safe and enjoyable stay: - Our accommodation is cleaned by a professional cleaning team that uses disinfectant cleaning products. - We provide professional bed linen and towels. These are washed at a high temperature by a professional laundry company. - We work with a self-check-in system, so you can check in yourself on arrival without meeting anyone. - The accommodation is completely private, neither I nor other guests stay in the accommodation during your trip - Please remember that you’re staying in an accommodation, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. - Free use of washing machine and dryer. - There is a gas fireplace available. // To protect our accommodation and keep up-to-date with current regulations, you will be asked to complete a document around an exemption/deposit after booking. You will be given a choice between: 1) a partially refundable deposit 2) a non-refundable waiver. The latter option is recommended as it protects you in case of damage that would have been caused during your stay.
