The space It is the only cabin in "Meliquina" built entirely of "Cypress" logs and Ecological: supplied 100% with solar energy. Decorated with paintings of "Patagonian Flora and Fauna" by the Naturalist Painter "Ivan Moricz Karl". More than a cabin, it is a warm home where you can breathe nature and peace; built according to the Patagonian landscape, noble cypress wood and stone, and the detail of the paintings of this great painter. Entering this cabin is to enjoy the authentic Patagonian architecture. Guest access The cabin is located on a lot of more than 1000 square meters bordering the "María" stream and on the "Meliquina" lakefront. Its irrigation is fully automated. It has a parking space for more than two cars. There is a separate building where the solar system, batteries, water pumps, etc. are located, which guests cannot access as it is fully automated. Other things to note It is an energy self-sustaining cabin, therefore guests must be cautious with the use and consumption of energy; it is essential not to connect high-consumption electrical appliances (hair dryer; coffee maker and electric jugs; electric toaster; toaster; hair straightener; etc.) These appliances are not compatible with the solar power system. Only what is available in the cabin can be used. "Villa Lago Meliquina" does not have an electrical network, natural gas, or drinking water network. Water is obtained from Arroyo María. The gas is bottled in a zeppelin. Heating is wood-burning through a slow-burning stove and balanced-draft stoves. At the beginning of the stay, a deposit of 200 USD or its equivalent in Argentine pesos will be requested on a mandatory basis. Before leaving, the condition of the cabin, equipment and belongings will be checked and will be returned if they are in the conditions in which they were delivered.
