This new cabin built in 2017 and overlooking the view of Denali is available for rent year-round. It can accommodate up to four guests. We serve continental breakfast in the main B&B house from 7 am to 10 am and visit with guests during summer season (May 1 -September 30). Guests are welcome to help themselves with breakfast items found in the kitchen during winter season (October 1 - April 30). We offer discounted monthly rates during winter. We are located about 5 miles (less than 10-minute drive) from beautiful downtown Talkeetna in a quiet wooded area up on a bluff, where on a clear day, you can see the top of North America. This newly built stand-alone cabin (Room #6) offers a great view of the whole Alaska range (Foraker, Hunter and Denali) on a clear day. It has a queen bed, a queen sofa/futon bed, a kitchenette and dining area, a private bathroom, and a wrap-around viewing deck. It can accommodate up to four guests. Guest access Guests check in at the main B&B house. The front door remains unlock until the last guest arrives. We would appreciate a prior notification for late arrivals, if possible. This rental package is for the new cabin (Room #6) located on a lot overlooking the Alaska range (Foraker, Hunter and Denali), and to the right of the main B&B house. It has its own parking space at the same lot. The cabin can accommodate up to 4 guests. Other things to note Rate is based on double occupancy; $20/night fee is required per additional guest over 8 years old. Discounted daily, weekly, and monthly rates also available during winter. All prices include the local bed tax of 5%. No sales tax. We offer discounted monthly rates during winter; monthly stays are good for up to 2 guests only. Four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended in winter, as we are located up on a hill. Free WiFi is available, but there is no TV.
