Dollar Point Fun w/ 2 Master Bedrooms/Amenities

Located in coveted and quiet Dollar Point, this kid-friendly home offers two master bedrooms with bathrooms. Umbrellas, chairs, rafts, and toys are included. Paddleboards on advance request. There is a ping pong table, outdoor games and great deck seating with a gas firepit and bbq. Our home is close to many hiking trails and beautiful Skylandia Beach. HOA amenities (beach, pool, tennis) are not accessible for short-term renters. Inquire about 30 day rental to get access. The space Two master bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds make it ideal for two or more families to enjoy. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth has a double bed AND bunk beds. Each room has top-of-the-line mattresses to ensure a great night's sleep. The kitchen is a chef's dream and boasts a six burner gas stove, quiet dishwasher, full oven and convection/microwave. There is a coffee bar with a Breville coffee maker and Keurig single serve. Also a blender, Vita Mix, toaster, griddle and crock pot. Ample parking and flat driveway. Guest access You get use of our entire home. Dollar Point is a great area for walking, biking and hiking with trails across the street and plenty of parking! Other things to note We have a wood burning fireplace for those cold nights and plenty of fans to beat the summer heat. Our favorite summer activity is sitting on the deck eating and drinking with friends and family! We are an 8 minute drive to Tahoe City with its great restaurants and shops and 5 minutes to Skylandia Beach with kayak and paddleboard rentals. No Dollar Point beach access to short term renters. Our rates include the 10% Placer County Transient Occupancy Tax.
