Elegant, Stylish & modern flat in Central Bristol

This bright, airy, & immaculately clean private ground floor flat is a little haven in the centre of Bristol. With its stylish décor, two bedrooms and two bathrooms the flat includes everything that we hope will make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible for a quiet getaway. A short walk from some of the cities best sites, for shopping and sight seeing & just a stone’s throw from Stokes Croft the heart of buzzing and artsy Montpelier (Banksy’s hometown). Totally self check-in. The space We have done our best to provide everything that our guests might want for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From towelling dressing gowns, to a Nespresso machine to built-in Bluetooth speakers set into the kitchen cupboards, we want you to enjoy your stay in Bristol as much as possible. We have provided luxury hand wash and hand lotions in both bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner and body wash so that you can wash away the stress and enjoy every moment inside the flat. We have a flat screen TV with a dedicated Netflix account for guests, and a Blu Ray and DVD player. We have a utility cupboard with a washer/dryer iron and ironing board for those who might be getting ready to go out on the town, or smarten up for any meetings. The flat isn’t really suitable for toddlers or babies but we do have a non slip bath matt and a travel cot (no bedding) available if needed. The flat is entirely self check-in. The entire flat would be yours. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower, and one ensuite with a shower. There is also a utility cupboard by the front door with a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board all available for your use. We are very much at the heart of things, and near all the major transport links. The flat is a 5 minute walk from Cabot Circus, Bristol’s most beautiful shopping centre, an 11 minute walk to Bristol’s coach station and a 20 minute walk from the central train station Bristol Temple Meads. PARKING: 🅿️ There is an off road car park around the corner called Trojan free Fighters car park. It’s a seven minute walk from the flat and is located just off Wellington Road. It’s open from 7 am to 11 pm and is £7 per day. There is also the main car park in Cabot (also about seven minute walk) which I believe is about £23 for 24 hours. Other things to note Please help yourself to free coffee using the Nespresso machine and capsules provided, and our selection of teas. The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, double wardrobe, and a dressing table. The second bedroom also has a double bed, a large wardrobe, bedside tables and is next door to the second bathroom. As we have said in the house rules, it's incredibly important that there is NO SMOKING anywhere inside the apartment. We have a little veranda that you can access through the sliding doors of the living room and have provided an ashtray which must remain outside at all times. In the unlikely event of the fire alarm going off please contact please contact Bloq Management Services Limited (number on the inside of front door of the apartment) and press 9 when prompted for their out of hours team (if alarm goes off out of office hours).
