If you're looking to party this is NOT the house for you. - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. 2 queen beds and a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa - Relax outdoors in the private, nicely landscaped back deck or front courtyard - Updated kitchen with Wolf gas range/oven and Bosch dishwasher - Counter seating for 4-6 indoors or enjoy dining al fresco on both front and back patios - All you need for a day at the beach - beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboard, beach toys and beach towels; outdoor shower for rinsing off - Relax in the hammock beneath the palm trees or enjoy a game of Bocci - Living room includes a gas insert fireplace for a beautiful warm fire at the click of a switch - High speed WiFi and 55" TV with Roku (Netflix, Pandora, Internet TV, etc.) - Full-size washer and dryer (scent-free detergent included) - Complimentary use of vehicle day use pass gets you into any state park or state beach - Walk to local Seacliff favorites - Marianne's Ice Cream parlor and Pizza My Heart - Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00; we can accommodate early/late check-in/out depending on availability ... but please confirm with us before making plans - Due to Santa Cruz County restrictions, no events or parties allowed on the property - Guest must be 25 or older to rent the house - The beach house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized per California Guidelines after each guest. - Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO REFUND for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. If you are concerned about cancelling due to Covid or other emergencies, please buy travel insurance. We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason. Guest access The Kennedy Beach house is a two-bedroom house in a nice beach community. It has a very private back yard with a large, wrap-around deck that can be accessed from the kitchen and one bedroom. It also has a courtyard out front that can be accessed from the main room. Other things to note Kitchen Includes: - Plates, bowls, cutlery, water glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, for 8 - Full set of sharp knives, including 8 steak knives - High-end Wolf stove with large oven - Full sized refrigerator with freezer (and ice-cube trays) - Super quiet Bosch dishwasher - Microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker - Drip coffee maker and coffee grinder - BlendTech Blender (for smoothies, mixed drinks, etc.) - Cocktail shaker and jigger - Salad spoons, garlic press, cheese grater, wine opener, measuring cups, can opener, cutting boards, mixing bowls, baking trays, etc. - BBQ grill on the back patio with BBQ tools (Guest provide coals)
