Feel free to settle in and use the empty closet space and dresser drawers, especially for longer stays. We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer and other toiletries as needed. We offer free WIFI, and a pet and smoke free environment. An individual air-conditioning unit and fan is provided in your room during summer months that you can control as you please. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on our shabby chic back porch that overlooks the gardens, or on the front porch swing. In colder weather, make yourself at home in our formal dining room, kitchen eating area, living room, family room or parlor, where there is a Victorian piano you are welcome to play. We love Grand Rapids and all it has to offer, and are happy to make suggestions to make your stay more fun! Other things to note *Grand Rapids Short Term Rental Ordinance: Please note the license number at the top of the page indicates we are legally licensed by the City of Grand Rapids through a newly created Short Term Rental Ordinance. This license is now required for all Airbnb operators in Grand Rapids, and also means our home has been inspected and passed fire and safety regulations [all Airbnb hosts are legally required to post this license on the listing]. A note to our past guests: this new ordinance also limits Airbnb hosts to one room and a maximum of two adults. We regretfully are unable to rent our additional two rooms at this time.
