West of the Ness is a spacious period home packed with character, featuring rich colours and interesting details throughout. With an private hot tub in our enclosed garden and Sky TV, there’s something for everyone. Located in a quiet residential area, yet only a 10-minute walk from Inverness city centre’s restaurants and bars, it’s perfect for a city break or a base for Highland adventures. VAT receipts are available on request. The space West of the Ness is a stunning period home; on arrival you are struck by the grand entrance. The lovely warm living room with dining area has comfortable seating, a 55” smart TV with Sky TV, a Nintendo Wii, games, books and toys. Something to keep every generation entertained. Double doors from the dining area lead out to the patio area, hot tub and the fully enclosed garden beyond. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, a wide range of utensils & accessories and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a breakfast bar, sofa, second TV and a back door leading on to the hot tub patio and enclosed garden. Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, each individually decorated, giving the property real character. On the first landing there is a en-suite bedroom with a SuperKing Bed (UK Size) and a family bathroom. The next landing has 2 further en-suite bedrooms with SuperKing Beds and a small double bedroom. The top floor has an attic bedroom with another SuperKing bed. Note this bedroom is accessed via a set of steep stairs. The driveway has parking for up to 2 cars and there is a parking permit for a further vehicle to park on the street. We also have an Electric Vehicle charge point on the driveway and a secure garage to store bikes, kayaks, golf clubs etc. The rear garden is fully enclosed, with a lovely sunny patio area with Hot Tub and a large picnic table perfect for al fresco dining. Pets are welcome and we have a cot and highchair for children. This home is 200 sq.m. At Ness Holiday Homes, we take pride in offering exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped homes. Self check in, the key can be accessed through a lock box on the property. Other things to note This house is not suitable for stag, hen or noisy groups. Well behaved dogs are welcome. However they should never be left in the property alone, they are also only allowed in the ground floor rooms and not on the furniture. Access to the attic bedroom on the 2nd floor is via some very steep stairs, please be careful. Only those with appropriate mobility to access this bedroom should consider sleeping here.
