Magnificent and pristine Elk Creek flows out of the Marble Mountain Wilderness and runs through the property which is surrounded by the Klamath National Forest and located near the Klamath River and the town of Happy Camp. An off-the-beaten-path getaway, Elk Creek Ranch offers a place to relax as well as opportunities for adventure in a beautiful natural setting. The space Staying at Elk Creek Ranch will give you a taste of independent living. The house is off the grid and powered by a solar electric system. Satellite internet provides WIFI, cell phone service, and TV. The house provides a full kitchen, living and dining areas, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, and deck. Wood stove and central gas heater provide heat in the winter. Water is from a spring fed stream, and the house is equipped with filtered drinking water. The house sleeps four, but additional guests are permitted. Base price is for 6 guests - for additional guests there is a $25/night fee. Both bedrooms have one queen bed. Additional guests may utilize provided mattresses to sleep on the floor or deck. Tent space in the yard outside the house can accommodate campers who bring their own camping gear.
