Cozy Private Full Bed near Trinity Bellwoods Park

A cozy private top floor room with full size bed and ensuite private bathroom. The house is bright, modern, air conditioned and has a shared kitchen and backyard you're welcome to use. Your room faces west and the house is a short walk from Trinity Bellwoods Park, and short ride on transit to downtown and shops/venues on Toronto's famous Queen Street West and trendy Ossington Street. We offer multiple rooms, so you may not be our only guest(s) during your stay. The space Your room is located on the top floor on the west side of the building. You get the evening light, and have an ensuite private bathroom. The surrounding neighbourhood is amazing, with everything you could possibly need no more than 5-10 minutes away, leave the car behind and plan to walk, ride or take public transit, it's by far the best way to get around downtown! Guest access Guests will have access to a private bedroom and bathroom, as well as the kitchen and backyard. There is a Green P Parking Lot across the street that you can park overnight but can be pricy during the day. Street parking permits can be purchased on your behalf in advance, or you can purchase one yourself from the City of Toronto website. Street parking is not able to be reserved, but in practice there is always something available very close to the house. During your stay You can contact me anytime via Airbnb or by phone or email during your stay. Other things to note Because this is a townhome, sound proofing is not perfect so you may hear footsteps or the neighbours through the walls.
