The space We rent our newly renovated and fully furnished apartment (max for 4 people) in Spain on the Costa Blanca, Torrevieja – Playa del Cura. The airport in Alicante is about 40 minutes by car/bus. Our apartment is small but very cozy and lovingly furnished. You can walk in one minute to the popular beach "Playa del Cura". Furthermore, many restaurants and shopping are in just a few minutes walk away. The apartment has the following features: - Bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm each) - Fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press and much more.. - Bathroom with bath, WC, bidet. -Washing machine, hair dryer - free wifi - Air conditioner ( hot and cold) - Iron, ironing board and various cleaning supplies... - Elevator - Roadside parking spaces (free of charge) Bed linens and towels are ready for you. The guest will provide beach towels for the guest. Pets are not allowed! No smoking in our apartment. Intermediate cleaning (on request also cooking) is possible for a fee. Other things to note Smoking and parties at the apartment is not permitted. The condensation water from the air conditioning must be emptied regularly.
