Simple, yet comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, pet-friendly - hot tub this lovely home in dollar point sleeps 6. The huge living/dining invites you in the door. There are lots of windows for light and in the summer months, the house stays cool inside. There is a well-equipped kitchen that looks out onto the back deck. the guest bedrooms each have full beds and the master has a cal king bed with an attached bathroom. there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The space There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a washer and dryer as well as a garage. the large back deck is a great place to relax, there is a gas bbq and hot tub. There is wifi, no cable. all of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. we provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. there is a washer and dryer in every rental. every unit has wi-fi. there is no a/c, this is not commonly found in tahoe, there are fans. dollar point recreation amenities: beach, pool, tennis courts, playground are not available to renters, unless rental stay is for 31 nights or more which will require a signed lease agreement, $5000 deposit and $50 processing fee. please contact us for more details. str permit # 6371 max occupancy: 8 max vehicles: 2 Guest access ... Other things to note PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED except by previous arrangements for select properties. A fine will be assessed by some Homeowners Associations. SOME OF OUR OWNERS HAVE SEVERE PET ALLERGIES, A PET WILL NOT BE PERMITTED AT THESE PROPERTIES ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. FOR PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES, there is a $75 pet fee, per pet(plus tax).
