The space Villa Mimosa is a marvelous and new, beautifully made villa ,200m2,for 8 persons with private swimming pool. The house itself was built in 2003 and renovated in 2015 and 2019. Villa Mimosa is situated 2.5 km from Novigrad (as from the sea and the first beach), 15 km from Poreč, 13 km from Umag and 65 km from Pula and the airport. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with a beautiful table. Two kitchens well furnished with all the necessary; oven, stove, dishes, dishwasher, freezing compartment etc. The three bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, as the 2 bathrooms. However, the fourth bedroom has it artistic an a romance "so to say" touch, located on the first floor of the house, facing a charming balcony. On the ground floor below you will find the third bathroom, the second kitchen, a relaxation room where you can play, watch TV, do karaoke and an area to do some gymnastics. The outside space (800 m2) is dominated by the marvelous pool (32 m2), the well mantained lawn, flower type garden and the beautiful panoramawiev. The outdoor terrace disposes of two big table each one for 8 persons and barbecue. There are 8 deck chairs at guests disposal and 2 parasols. You can also find bicycles at your disposal as well as a badminton court.
