The apartment has been fully renovated and is fully furnished! The photos have been updated, and I hope you will be happy with the results! A surfer's paradise and family's dream holiday! Enjoy! The space There is 50sqm of space and is clean and very airy, with large windows in each room, the three front windows are taking in staggering views of the Atlantic and south to the Pyrenees! The apartment is entire, with external steps leading up. The windows are doubled glazed, and has either the pretty blue shutters to keep the sun out, or curtains for a little privacy. The brand new kitchen is separate and includes fridge/freezer, 4 place induction hob, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. The new bathroom has a super shower unit, basin and toilet plus the washing machine. Bedroom 1 has a 160x200 bed ,including pillows, mattress protector and blankets will be provided. Plus a laptop desk. Bedroom 2 has a 140x200 bed, and also a set of bunk beds. All three beds will have pillows, mattress protectors and blankets will be provided. There is also a sofa bed if needed in the lounge, plus dining room table and six chairs, where you can eat and take in the views of the beach and the Pyrenees. A flat screen TV for the chilling out time! Outside is a picnic table for your use only, where you can also eat or just sit a read a book. An amazing apartment, where you can be on the beach, and just pop back for a snack/drink, or simply to take a break and chill, in a matter of minutes! Guest access Behind the back of the building is a cold water shower, where you will be able to clean off your surf suits and boards! This shower is for all four apartments.
