The apartment is located on Kościuszki Street, in the central part of Koszalin – a few minutes from the city center and close to public transportation stops. The space The Energy Suite is a 40-square-meter apartment located on the 3rd floor of a modern building with an elevator. The space has been designed with the comfort of guests in mind – both during short and long stays. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and it also has the added benefit of a balcony. The interior is designed in shades of green combined with natural wood and warm color accents. Plant-themed wallpaper in the living room and bedroom gives the space a distinctive, nature-inspired character. Soft fabrics and natural materials create coziness and balance. This is a modern, harmonious space that promotes relaxation and a sense of home comfort. The bedroom features a comfortable bed (140 × 200 cm), and the sofa bed in the living room provides a cozy sleeping space for children, making the apartment a practical choice for families. The apartment is fully equipped – the kitchenette includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction stovetop, microwave oven, oven, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a complete set of tableware, complemented by wine glasses that add a touch of elegance and make evenings more special. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and a fold-out clothes dryer are also available. For the convenience of our guests, we provide a stable, fast Internet connection and efficient Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work, online meetings and daily use of the network, as well as a Smart TV with access to a full package of channels, including Netflix, HBO and Canal+. Guests can use a variety of parking options: 1. Public spaces on the street or an outdoor parking lot (With this option, we do not guarantee availability.) 2) A parking space in the garage below the building. Please note: The entrance to the garage is relatively narrow and steep. Caution is advised. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 2 adults and children (2+1 / 2+2). A travel cot (PLN 100/stay) and a high chair (free of charge) are available on request. We prioritize cleanliness and comfort – the apartment provides guests with bedding, towels, as well as basic toiletries (soap, shower gel) and cleaning supplies, which are especially useful for longer stays. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment to themselves: a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony. On the balcony, you can only smoke with the door closed so that the smell does not get inside. The apartment has one parking space in the garage. The hall is shared by the building's residents, but the parking space is designated exclusively for the apartment's Guests. The entrance gate is opened using a keypad, while upon exiting, the gate is opened with a button. Guests are free to use all the equipment in the apartment. We provide a starter package of cosmetics and cleaning products - for longer stays, their replenishment is the responsibility of the Guests. Self check-in is done through a key locker that hangs next to the apartment door. We send the instructions on the day of arrival, around 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. We try to send everything to your Airbnb number so you have easier and faster access to information. Other things to note - check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m., - early check-in (1:00 p.m.) or late check-out (1:00 p.m.) is possible – in both cases for a fee of PLN 40. - No smoking in the apartment - you can only smoke on the balcony with the door closed so that the smell does not get inside. - pets are not allowed, - there is a night quiet time between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and a ban on organizing events. - Only people registered in the reservation can stay in the apartment – in the event of a violation of this rule, we will inform Airbnb, - the apartment does not have special safety measures for children – parents are responsible for the safety of the youngest, - the building is equipped with an elevator, but there are thresholds in the apartment, - the minimum age of the person booking is 18 years, - additional equipment available: travel cot (PLN 100/stay) and high chair (free of charge), - waste segregation is mandatory – containers are located in the garbage area next to the building. - the entrance to the garage is relatively narrow – please be careful, - Guests are obliged to leave the apartment in good condition,
