You will love its cleanliness and modern, cozy vibe inspired by my Norwegian roots. It's well appointed with new flooring, new paint, new living room sofa, new bed, and more. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to feel at home during your Estes Park vacation. My favorite feature is the great views off the front porch. It's surrounded by mountains and you can walk into the National Park. BEDROOMS My home offers 1 bedroom, plus sleeping for two more on a living room sofa bed. Bedroom 1 - A comfortable memory-foam mattress will ensure a good night sleep after a long day of hiking. Attached is a closet for your gear. There are cool bohemian curtains on bedroom door and on one window, while the eastern windows feature blackout shades to ensure a sound night's rest. If you like to wake up with the sunrise, you can leave them up and watch the room light up in the mornings. Bedroom 2 - Not really a bedroom, but the living couch turns into a full size bed that can comfortable accommodate two. A spare set of sheets and blankets is in the chaise part of the couch, which flips up. LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT Living Room - There's a spacious dining room table and a comfy couch to lounge in while you stream your favorite Netflix series on the speedy WiFi. WiFi - My home employs a mesh WiFi network with no dead zones. A strong 100Mbps connection will allow you to stream and work without any issues. LAUNDRY & COOKING Kitchen - The kitchen has everything you need to cook: a full stove and oven, fridge and freezer, and assortment of pots and pans. There are knives, cutting boards, wine glasses, coffee mugs, and a french press so you can get your caffeine fix before you enjoy the park. NONPAYING GUESTS My insurance requires that nonpaying and non-registered guests are not allowed on property. AIR CONDITIONER Like nearly every other home in town, there’s no A/C, but the cool mountain air will quickly cool the home down in the evenings when you open the windows.
