Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire private villa and all its indoor and outdoor facilities, including the private swimming pool, terrace, BBQ area, and all living spaces. This includes 4 en-suite bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas, mezzanine workspace, laundry room, and the villa’s unique historic features such as the stone tunnels and cellar. Free private parking and complimentary Wi-Fi are also available throughout the property. Other things to note Please note that Villa Candice is a historic property located in the traditional village of Maroulas, featuring authentic architectural elements such as stone stairs, arches, and split-level spaces, which may require extra attention for young children or guests with limited mobility. 🌿 Outdoor Pool Heating Policy Temperature Range Pool heating aims to maintain a maximum of 26 °C, depending on outdoor weather conditions. Recommended Usage Months Heating is generally offered during March to mid-June and October to November. Advance Notice Required Please provide at least 3 days’ notice prior to arrival to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature. Heating Fee Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €50/day. Minimum Booking Period Heating must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
