The place is centrally located, just a 1-2 minute walk from the main beach and 5 minutes from Playa del Inglés. On the 3rd floor there is a rooftop terrace for sunbathing. Supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants, as well as the bus stop to San Sebastian, the airport or the mountains, are very close. It's a 20-minute walk to the ferry port.
