The single-storey living area of approx. 90 m² includes two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, bathtub, toilet, and sauna. A second guest toilet is located directly next to the entrance. In the spacious and cozy living room, you can enjoy a direct view of the lake through a large window front. The room features a comfortable seating area, a colour TV with satellite connection, a radio, and a Danish-style fireplace. The fully equipped fitted kitchen, offering a high level of comfort (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and much more), opens directly into the living area. With a view of the water, you can relax on the terrace in comfortable garden furniture. A washing machine is available free of charge in the storage room; an ironing board and iron are also provided.
