The Condo is situated in the center of town within walking distance to dining, shopping and movie theater. Free Red line bus is running all year round to the slopes. Bus Stop #10 is 3 minutes walking from the condo. It takes 15 min to get to the gondola/ ski lifts (used for mountain bikes in summer). Spacious kitchen/living room/dining room area is light, sunny and airy with cathedral ceiling. Cable TV, Free Wireless High Speed Internet & full entertainment center available. Whip up a gourmet meal in the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with new appliances. Curl up by the fire in the cozy living room enjoying a spectacular mountain setting. Form our condo you can drive up to the famous Devils Post Pile, which is 15 minutes out of town, 25 min. North to at Mono Lake see volcano’s and tufa formations. In 30 minutes get to Tioga Pass and Yosemite National Park in 1 hour, 45 minutes to Ancient Bristlecone Forest, or 1 hour to Death Valley. In Mammoth Lakes, enjoy a round of golf, tennis, go fishing or rent a bike and go to the top of the mountain! Enjoy breathtaking hike to Duck Pass and 100s other hiking trails, rock climbing and horseback riding. In winter you can ski at Mammoth Mountain - a World Class Ski Resort or chose snowboarding, cross-country, snow shoeing, sledding, snow tubing and ice skating. You can also build a snowman :) This is truly an incredible place to stay all seasons of the year. Guest access The entire Condo is for you to enjoy. We locked our stuff away and you have plenty of storage space available in each bedroom. ACCESS: The access information to the condo and KeyPad combination will be provided after your payment. PARKING: Although there is no designated parking, there are free, off street parking spaces available right in front of our unit and more in the back of the building (if you have a boat or a trailer). We are assigned 3 Parking Permits for your cars. They are in the downstairs corridor under the mirror. Extra keys unlock the outside storage locker. JACUZZE/POOL: 3 Jacuzzi/saunas, outdoor swimming pool (summer) KEY CARD is in the same place as the Parking Permits. There is an information booklet in the living room with some information about FREE Internet, TV usage as well as recent Mammoth Tourist Guide. LINENS/TOWELS- Condo has all bed linens and towels provided; there is a washer and dryer available for our guests. You will have plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo/conditioner as well as skin lotion. There are 2 hair dryers in the bathrooms. WHAT ELSE IS PROVIDED: We also provide fuel (wood pellets) for the wood stove (fire place). BBQ is on the balcony but the gas tank is inside under the desk as our HOA does not allow tanks to be left on the balcony. After you use the BBQ please bring the gas tank inside and clean the BBQ for the next guests. - Kitchen is fully equipped and there are always some spices available, sugar, tea and coffee. - For additional guests we also have a queen size and a twin size blowup mattress with a pump and two twin pads under the bunk bed.
