This cozy apartment is located 5-minute walk away from beach and 15 minutes walk away from the city centre. The apartment is perfect for families and couples. There is a small grocery store across the street. You have free parking space for one car and free wifi. For an additional fee you can rent sauna or oudoor hot tub. During the SUMMER months (June, July, August) cozy garden café is open, we offer a buffet breakfast every day from 8:00 to 11:30 for an additional fee. The space Luxurious 2-room second-floor guest apartment with a balcony facing the morning sun (7.7 m2). This spacious rental apartment has a bedroom with one large bed, a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, and a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two people. The apartment also has a private jacuzzi and sauna. The apartment has a selection of books and children’s toys. TV with various channels (both local and international). Free wifi available. BEDROOM - you`ll find really comfortable queen-sized bed (160 cm wide) with quality mattress, blankets, pillows and bed linen. LIVING ROOM - you'll find a sofa-bed, small table, where you can put your drinks or snacks. Sofa-bed is expandable to extra sleeping place (140 cm wide), large enough for two adults or two children. KITCHEN AND DINING AREA - The dining room is equipped with a large table and four chairs (a high chair for child is also available upon request). The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, plates, bowls, various glasses and cutlery. Available salt, sugar, oil, free coffee and selection of teas. In addition, there is a ready-to-use big refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, coffe maker, microwave and toaster. BATHROOM - modern and cozy bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. There is a shower, private sauna and jacuzzi. Plus high-quality Estonian brand shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Bathrobes for a cozy stay. A hairdryer for the ladies and a bench for the small children to reach the sink. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment and free parking place for one car by the side of the house. Parking is free in our private yard but in front of the house is paid. GARDEN AREA - there is a children's playground in the garden, which you share with other customers. During the summer months (June, July, August) we open a cozy garden café, where we offer a buffet breakfast every day from 8:00 to 11:30 for an additional fee. The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 22:00. You are very welcome to enjoy our garden vibes. Other things to note *Please treat the apartment with respect and please read and follow the house rules printed and found in the apartment. *We do not tolerate partying and events in the apartment, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. *Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
