Ideally located, it is close to the beach, the marina, and a 1-min walk to the pedestrian street of Arcachon with its many shops.(Supermarkets, bars, restaurant, etc...) Everything is within walking distance, from the train station to the bus station that serves other cities. Ideal for vacationers coming by train. The space The apartment offers a beautiful living room, living room/kitchenette and a small indoor dining area. Sofa bed is a convertible. Bathroom, with toilet and sink area. A small bedroom with a 140X200 bed and storage space. Thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling windows, the interior is bathed in light, and you can fully enjoy the outdoors thanks to its spacious 40M2 terrace and small balcony in the back. Person with a child: your child must be under your supervision at all times. Bring your pet without constraint an additional charge will be requested. We will provide everything they need for their comfort during your stay. A monthly discount for the low season, from November to April. Guest access Regarding the terrace, please note that it is adjoining the (unoccupied) apartment next door and delimited by pots of plants. It's important to note that the other roof area is not available for your use even if it's rarely used (a few days a year). The terrace facing the apartment is exclusively for you. Other things to note Please note: 1 - A rental agreement will be sent and must be signed. 2 - The apartment is located on the roof of the building. The lift only goes up to the 2nd floor; the top floor is accessed by the stairs. 3 - No parking. Parking in the street opposite the accommodation is free from 1 January to 31 May and from 1 October to 31 December. Other nearby streets are free all year round.
