Welcome to our vacation home. The semi-detached house is located in Lützkampen, a small town in the Eifel, directly on the border triangle of Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium. Other things to note Our vacation home is located in a rural area surrounded by a beautiful forest and mountain panorama, in the heart of the German-Belgian Nature Park. Optimal starting point for beautiful cycling and hiking tours or excursions, even to neighboring countries. The house can accommodate max. 6 people and one toddler. On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room with a large flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, etc.), and a guest toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the bathroom. There are two rooms each with one double bed and another one with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and bathtub. A crib and a high chair are available for a toddler. Free WiFi is available in the house. Two car parking spaces are right by the house. In a small lockable annex you will find space to store bikes, etc. Garden furniture and a grill are available outside. No pets or smoking are allowed in the entire house. Also, no parties like bachelor parties, etc. are tolerated. We rent to people over 21 years old only. A security deposit of EUR 200 must be transferred along with the final payment. This will be refunded within 14 days after departure. Towels and shower towels can be rented on site for a fee. Tourist tax: €1/person (ages 18 and over) per night, to be paid in cash on the day of arrival Arrival from 3 pm to 6 pm Check-out is up to 10 am
