Welcome to our vacation home. The semi-detached house is located in Lützkampen, a small town in the Eifel, directly on the border triangle of Germany-Luxenburg-Belgien. Other things to note Our vacation home is surrounded by a magnificent forest and mountain panorama in rural surroundings in the middle of the German-Belgian Natural Park. Optimal starting point for beautiful cycling and hiking tours or excursions, also to neighboring countries. The house can accommodate max. 6 people and one toddler. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with large flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, etc.) and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and the bathroom. There are two rooms, each with a double bed and another with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and bathtub. A crib and a high chair are available for a toddler. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house. Two parking spaces are right by the house. In a small lockable outbuilding, you will find space to store bicycles, etc. Outside, you have garden furniture and a grill. No pets and no smoking in the entire house. Also, no parties such as bachelor parties, etc. are tolerated. We only rent to people over 21 years of age. A security deposit of 100 EUR must be transferred with the balance. This will be returned within 14 days after departure. Hand and shower towels can be rented on site for a fee. Tourist tax: 1 EUR/person(from 18 years) per night to be paid in cash on the day of arrival Arrival from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Check-out is up to 10 am
