Other things to note Parking For one free parking pass (only 1 car per apartment): Please request for a parking pass at the lobby when doing the check-in. The cars license plate, model, color and year will be needed for the pass. The front desk will explain to you how to access the building garage and how the parking floors work. To avoid fines or towing, parking is permitted only in the space assigned by the front desk. Kindly ensure your vehicle is parked correctly at all times. For the second car, guest will have to go directly with valet, rates vary based on usage and do not include in‑and‑out privileges, it can go up to $50 for overnight (24 hours). There is also ample street parking available throughout the area Check‑In & Check‑Out - Check‑in begins at 3:00 PM and is available around the clock. An early check‑in can be requested, at least 24 hours, in advance and is subject to availability and an additional fee. If you arrive before 3 PM, the reception can store your bags for $5.00 per bag until the unit is ready or until 5 PM. This allows you to explore the city while we prepare the apartment. Bags picked up after 5 PM will incur a $10.00 late fee per bag. This service is exclusively for a couple of hours, they do not store suitcases per day. Additionally, luggage storage is subject to front desk availability and there may be occasions when the front desk reaches maximum capacity and is unable to accept additional bags. - Check‑out is at 11:00 AM. A late check‑out may be requested, at least 24 hours, in advance and is subject to availability and an additional fee. Package & Delivery If you plan to receive packages during your stay, please input the address - 1200 Brickell Bay Dr., Apt #____, Miami, FL 33131. The package must be under the main guest’s name (the name on the reservation). Packages must arrive during your stay. Any packages delivered before check‑in or after check‑out will be returned by the package reception office per building policy. The host is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or damaged packages. Guests are responsible for following up directly with the carrier or delivery provider. Amenities & Surroundings All building amenities are generally available; however, temporary closures may occur due to maintenance, private events, or weather conditions. Please note that these situations are managed by the building and are outside the host’s control. During peak times, elevator wait times may be longer due to high building traffic.
