The walk-in shower is spacious and comfortable, but the rest of the bathroom is small. You have access to nearby swimming pool, hot tub, and laundry facilities. For long-term stays: Please be aware that I do not provide guests with an unlimited supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, soap and other consumable items because doing so encourages guests to consume them irresponsibly and without moderation. I have confirmed with Airbnb that providing “essentials” does not equate to an unlimited quantity of consumable products. If you consume all of the provided toilet paper and garbage bags, please purchase your own. Thank you. The dumpster for discarding garbage is located at the lower corner of the parking lot just at the curb just after you pass the swimming pool area. Guests who smoke cigarettes or marijuana inside this property or who disconnect the smoke alarm will be fined up to $200.
