These upgrades are being undertaken to enhance the facilities and overall guest experience. Please note: A valid form of identification must be show at the time of check in. Upon check-in you will be required to provide a credit/debit card pre-authorisation of $300 to cover any miscellaneous charges. No Exceptions. Carpark: Strictly only one car park per room. Entrance to the underground car park is via Trickett Street. Height restriction is 1.92m. There are 2 levels for parking. If parking on lower level, you will need to use a small flight of stairs to access lifts from level 1 carpark. Please come and see reception staff to register your vehicle and get the card to access the car park area.
