Welcome to the Port of Marseille, between the Old Port (5 minutes walk) and Place de la Joliette, under the Cathedral of the Major and the historic district of Panier, in the new heart of Marseille, between Mucem and Terrasses du Port. Ideal for families, couples or professionals, the apartment offers incredible views of the Docks, the sea and the islands, inviting travel and relaxation. The Joliette district, central and dynamic, is "the place to be" :-) The space If you book for two people, we will only prepare one room. If you'd like to use both bedrooms, please let me know (may incur additional costs). The 70 m2 apartment (T3) is located on the quays, on the 4th floor with elevator, in a renovated and secure Haussmann building. Dual-aspect and bright, it is modern and comfortable. Well equipped and charming, it has incredible views of the sea and the harbor thanks to its 3 bay windows and small balconies that follow one another from the living room to the bedroom. The central room is the kitchen open to the living room. Fully equipped (oven, induction cooktop, fridge, microwave, small appliances, dishes), this space will allow you to share pleasant moments of conviviality, aperitif, meals, movies... with friends or family. For moments of rest, everyone can reach their private space since the two bedrooms are each at one end of the apartment, well separated and each with its own bathroom. The large bedroom consists of a king-size bed and a large dressing room and the small bedroom of a bunk bed (window overlooking the airy interior courtyard, typical). Ideal for 4 people, the living room sofa can also be used as an extra bed. It is a 120*190 bench that can accommodate one person. The apartment is nice and designed to make you feel at home. You'll also enjoy the strategic location that will allow you to walk around Marseille. In the apartment you will find: - Wifi/fiber connection and 2 plasma screen TVs (living room and large bedroom) - Washer and dryer - Steam iron - Oven, fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso and Italian coffee maker, electric kettle - Basic consumable products: sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, coffee... - Linens (sheets and towels) are provided.
