Pacific Beach House w/ Ocean View & Big Roof Deck

We are a modern beach house built in 2010 just steps from Tourmaline Surf Park and about 1/4 mile from the Pacific Beach board walk. Enjoy miles of sandy beach! Catch a beautiful sunset over the ocean, watch the waves or the Sea World fireworks from our huge roof deck. Our home is fully stocked and within walking distance from shops and restaurants. We have surfboards, sand toys, chairs ect.. Please note, some drawers and closets are labeled “owner” and have our own personal belongings. The space You can enjoy our 3+ bedroom and our roomy beach house. A large open family room and kitchen are perfect for entertaining in. The house is also stocked full of toys for the kids and baby gear is available upon request. Have a nice, relaxing soak in our large bathroom jacuzzi tub after a fun day at the beach. Guest access You’ll have access to our private enclosed yard, three decks as well as the house. You'll also have access to our beach toys, surf board, boogy boards, beach chairs ect. There’s a ring camera on site in the yard. Other things to note If you have small children and need any gear, let me know! We do not allow bachelor parties or any loud or large gatherings.
