The space As you walk into this tri-level three bedroom Breckenridge vacation rental you will feel relaxed and at home. After walking up the stairs from the private heated garage and laundry area, you are immediately welcome by a large family room, gorgeous kitchen, and family-friendly counter height dining room table (seats 8). Our small yet cozy deck includes a small traeger grill and stunning views of the mountains. The lusciously soft couch, sectional sofa and recliner provide comfortable seating with amazing views of the mountains, while the gas fireplace adds cozy warmth throughout. Upstairs the master bedroom & full bath, is the only room in the house that has uninterrupted views of both Breckenridge Ski Area and Baldy Mountain. As you are enjoying a relaxing morning in the glorious king bed we suggest opening the sliding door and letting the sound of the flowing river below serve as a natural musical soundtrack. Guest Room Number 2 has a queen bed, dresser and closet with close access to the 2nd full bath on the 3rd level. The 3rd Bedroom upstairs sleeps 4 - one bunk bed and a trundle bed and ideal for kids and singles alike... Guest access Guests have complete access to our comfy retreat!
