The space The accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of two bedrooms: one double and one single, as well as a large living area with a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. Outside, a private covered veranda with table and chairs allows you to enjoy pleasant moments in the open air. Each unit has its own independent entrance. The unit shares a large common area surrounded by greenery with the other two units on the estate: a panoramic swimming pool , solarium, outdoor shower, gazebo, lawn, laundry room, waste sorting area, and dedicated parking space. Just a 2-minute drive away is the center of Monopoli's best-served district, where you'll find a minimarket selling typical local products, a bakery, bar, tobacconist, pharmacy, grill restaurant, gas station, and post office with ATM. The beaches of Monopoli and Capitolo are easily reached in 10–15 minutes by car, while the area's main tourist destinations, such as Polignano a Mare, the Castellana Caves, Alberobello, Fasano, Egnazia, Ostuni, Cisternino, Lecce, and even Matera, are all within easy reach. Guest access We will welcome you in person, from 4PM to 10PM. If possible, we could arrange your arrival even before 4PM. After 10PM, a supplement may be required, to be paid directly to a member of the MONHOLIDAY team. In addition to welcoming you, we will provide you the keys so that you can access your room on your own. Before, during and after your stay, you will be in constant contact with our Customer Service. We are not robots, but many people available from a single phone number to guarantee you the best experience. We like to offer additional services such as transfers from/to airports, railway stations, marinas or tourist bus stops. Or, we can offer you a car rental service, vespa, bicycles and much more.
