Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the house. Other things to note ONLINE CHECK-IN AND DOCUMENTS: 7 days before your arrival, you will receive a link to complete the online check-in. This is a mandatory legal requirement: it will allow you to upload the ID documents for all guests and sign the tourist rental contract in just a few clicks. TOURIST TAX: the municipality tax is €1.50 per person, per night, applied only for the first 7 nights. Children under 12 years old and residents are exempt. You can easily pay it online via the check-in link or directly upon arrival. PARKING: street parking is paid from June 1st to October 15th in some areas of the village, and you can purchase a parking pass online. However, in the area nearby the property you can park for free. WASTE MANAGEMENT: rubbish is collected directly in front of the house during the night or early in the morning.
