There is one large sunny deck located on a greenbelt. There are 9 acres of open land behind the house, perfect for exploring and taking in the natural surroundings. This house is not your typical dark Tahoe Cabin, but rather the opposite. During the winter and summer, the house is full of sunlight and is decorated with modern textiles and furniture. The house features a 1,000-square-foot deck with a hot tub. Please note that the minimum age to rent this house is 25 years old. This house has priority snowplowing, making for easier access in the winter, but four-wheel drive with snow tires or chains is recommended.
