For 3 people, with a living area of approx. 55 m², in a beachfront location in Scharbeutz – dogs allowed Welcome to “Haus Larum” Apartment No. 3 Enjoy a very nice, renovated, bright and spacious 2.5-room vacation rental for a maximum of 3 people, with a living area of approximately 55 sqm. “Haus Larum Apt. 3” features a bright, open-plan living/dining area with an adjoining kitchenette and access to the private The space Sun terrace. The living room features modern colonial-style furniture, a 3-seater couch, a TV armchair, a spacious dining table, a 43-inch TV, and access to the sun terrace (from noon onward). The spacious bedroom has a new box-spring bed with topper (1 x 180 x 200 cm), a large closet, and a 43-inch TV. Blackout curtains ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. A separate small bedroom provides an additional sleeping option for 1 person or space to store suitcases during the stay. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. There are sufficient kitchen utensils available, such as cutlery, dishes, pots, etc. The well-maintained bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, sink with a mirror cabinet, and a radiator. The bathroom fan turns on automatically when the lights are switched on. The hallway offers plenty of space thanks to the coat rack and shoe cabinet, and has a full-length mirror. "Haus Larum Apt. 3" is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted on the terrace, provided that no smoke enters the apartments. On request, a standard-sized dog is permitted, subject to availability. Allowed for a fee. Dog etiquette must be observed. The terrace leading to the communal garden is not fenced. Outdoor exercise in the garden is prohibited out of consideration for the other residents. Dog hair must be removed before departure. “Haus Larum Apt. 3” is located on the first floor of the quiet apartment building “Haus Larum” in a cul-de-sac and can be reached via a few steps leading to the front door (not accessible). You can reach the Larum house via a high-quality, newly developed/paved, traffic-calmed residential street. The vacation rental is offered exclusively to a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child over 6 years of age. Standard occupancy: 2 adults. Unfortunately, infants are not allowed to stay at this property. There is a free parking space for your car on the property in front of the house (signposted / 1st from the right). For bicycles, you are welcome to use one of our “bicycle parking spaces” (signposted) next to your car parking space. (paved or grass area) Wi-Fi access is, of course, available free of charge. The fine sandy beach and the center of Scharbeutz, a bakery, the Dünenmeile (dune trail), etc., are within a few minutes’ walking distance. You can optionally book laundry packages as part of the booking process. Depending on the season, the tourist tax is €1.90–€3.50 per night and per person (18 years and older). You will receive the OstseeCard upon arrival. The apartment is located right on the beach and a stone's throw from the center. The Dünenmeile (dune promenade) with restaurants such as Gosch Sylt and the well-known Café Grande Beach are located in the neighborhood. Other restaurants and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity.
